TNT generally takes at least a week to acknowledge anything, usually more, but if they've already said no, I'd file a BBB complaint, but ONLY if it genuinely is your account, you know plenty of info on the account and it really was an unfair freezing.
This is a very good guide with a very different (and perhaps more feasible) method of attempting to get accounts back. Thank you for sharing this, and I will bookmark it
I found so many guides on neopets.com telling us how to get our accounts back, I tried them but they didn't work, this one did after a few days time.. so this is a great guide
haha great guide! so I just filled it out for my legit account that was frozen over a year ago... Luckily I knew all the information about my account but if I don't get it back then oh well but if I DO get it back then hell yes! haha!
I thought I would mention that this didn't work for me. TNT just didn't respond to the BBB. It's been a couple months now, I'm thinking about trying again. Should I try again?
prolly... I got an email from the BBB on tuesday saying that they were going to contact the company and should get a response in a few weeks... so we'll see...
anyone know if they can help you recover lost pws/dobs? or rather, any way to do this? i'm just forgetful/careless i guess
I'm not sure if this has ever been mentioned before, so if it has delete my post. If you no longer have access to the email you used to create your account - if it's hotmail, yahoo, or anything that can expire over time, just re-create the email and have the password sent to it. It's the same email, so it works the same way. You still need to know the DOB of course. Relevant reply: I don't remember the birthday's to any of my legit frozen accounts... which is unfortunate :/ they were all really decent. This is super useful though in the event I do get iced. Thanks! TNT freezes for the dumbest things. I was frozen for saying 'eff' on the Neoboads. Frozen - not warned or sussed or anything. XD
is the BBB link not working for anybody else? i wanna try getting back a legit account i lost a while ago, but the BBB site for LA isnt loading for me

gonna create an account and fill it in today, so ill let you know tnt support even told me they iced me for no reason, but they wouldnt unfreeze my account just throwing this out there this guide could definitely use some work, cuz im lost as hell, don't know how to log in, don't know how to check on complaints, don't really know how to follow anything up at all, and their site doesnt exactly make it simple
