Using BBB.org to get your account unfrozen

Can this work to get your B-day back? I've been trying for a long time but I couldn't get it back.

 

The bbb webpage for complaining against neopets.com wont even load. I guess TNT is paying bbb to stop the madness of making them act just XD. Sucks though...

Suggested this to a friend of mine just now! She got iced for protection when she was scammed and never unfrozen again. Will let you know the outcome, thank you very much n____n

me personally TNT never even replied to the BBB claim...thats why they have an F rating for customer service

they are a terribly run business

 

I sent one yesterday regarding my old frozen accs, not really hoping for much tho

 

I sent one back when this thread was originally made and it worked once. I got my account back. But then it got iced again, and they didn't reply. The key is whatever you type, make it hella dramatic. I acted like it put me in the hospital cause of depression and so on, basically, as dramatic as I could, lol.

I wish I could find the email. It was funny cause the guy who uniced me said he didn't think my account should be uniced but the team decided to give my account another chance. The whole email was pretty funny cause the guy sounded pissed, but it was out of his control, the orders came from his superiors, lol.

I actually sent in a complaint maybe 2 years ago and got no response. I think I'll try a much more dramatic approach. It looks like the ones that have been answered on their page are only the more intense complaints lol

Well I used the Better Business Bureau to try to get my Sears dishwasher replaced because it was broke and using more water since it was running nearly 2 hours over than what it was suppose to so we did submit a ticket but they said they only do scams. They said to me that they only did cases if you were scams and fraud and I think having an account frozen is not a scam or fraud. And this is not real life it is just internet which I think will make the story a little different.

 

would be the greatest thing ever if my main from years ago could be restored but i doubt it because i cheated obviously on there and was a rookie back then. however by using BBB and viacom your chances for an uniced account is not too bad
