    Good Guide. However, my friend still got busted using the ab'er. Guess you just have to be very cautious.

    Probably better off using the ab'er 2 or 3 times a week - not every time. Just an opinion.

    i agree that while the igloo buyer is cheaper, it'd be much more worth while to save for the super one. thats my plan anyway
