Well I thought that it was a slow start. It wasn't bad but nothing really memorable for me. I think the end disappointed me as well and it felt like there was a prequel to it but I didn't look into it or care to read it.
I read Ender's Game a couple years back and I was surprised at how much I liked it since I wasn't usually ever into the whole Sci-fi thing. I read Enders shadow after that but then stopped because I didn't find any of the rest of the series to be interesting to me.
I have read a lot of books for school like TKAM, Lord of the Flies, Of Mice and Men, The Count of Monte Cristo...etc. The one I liked the most was TCoMC.
Has anyone here read Life of Pi by Yann Martel? I read that about three years ago for the first time and I really liked it. I also had to read Into Thin Air for school last year, and it was very well written, although it was depressing how everyone died.
im reading forums haha. i wonder if that counts i'll be starting on the latest harry potter book soon. ive had it on my desk for a while
you'd better hurry up and read it if you want to be ready for the last one. watch out for spoilers before it comes out though
For One More Day- Mitch Albom i totally recommend it. i was like, crying all throughout the book. maybe its just be but its really good. you have to feel the book too. i concentrated on it that's why i cried hard o.o
I am reading a book called Future Eden, I dont know who its by, but i would strongly recommend looking for it. Its written in a novel format, and its for young readers, but i find it quite funny and interesting.
I'm reading Beowulf, it's a 3000 line poem but looks like a regular old book on the outside. I have to read it over the summer for school. One side of it is in Anglo-saxon and the other in regular English. Not so fun.
