I have a coma bath xD I don't know if I just fall asleep or if I do slip into a temporary coma but when I snap out of it I'm usually in an ice bath xD
As the local medical community has decided I'm not functional with out it I tend to take Xanax when I'm feeling stressed out. I also try to do some different meditation and breathing techniques I've learned over the years but in my case medicine seems to be the only thing that really works...
I'm usually not stressed out for I'm pretty laid back. But WHEN I AM. Oh boy XD I twirl my hair non stop!
I bite my finger nails and skin a lot...I also jitter my legs when I'm sitting down. I don't even notice I'm doing it usually
I avoid contact with people and i put on my ipod and listen to my r&b music. I tend to go to the gym as a result of pumping loud music into my ear, either that or i go outside and run.
What if it's a public place? Don't bother answering :arf: Well, when I'm stressed out I try remembering some jokes and laught a lot

same here. i can't seem to remember jokes at all. its just that moment of laughter and thats all. what i do when i'm stressed out is to not think too much into it.. and just be calm.
