What do you do when you're stressed out?

    When I get stressed out I just like Thump my thigh really fast lol

    fingernail biting, smoking, and vomiting (not on purpose, I actually try to not throw up.). If I'm stressed out for an extended period of time, my hair starts falling out. It's annoying.

    You could try baoding balls and getting a massage. Or removing yourself from whatever is stressing you out...if thats possible.

    I try to calm down & listen to music, but usually i just avoid everyone like someone else mentioned :)

    Blankety blank blank!!! I punch someone, blame everyone else, cause well u know its never my fault when i get stressed---it's their fault!!!!!!!!! :lol:

    Since I got a drum set, I usually take it out by playing the drums. It works really well to know that you can hit stuff and not get in trouble.

    take a nap... idk

    smell something that smells nice too!!

    or take a warm bubble bath...??

    when im stressed.. play my guitar.. play my key board.. write sum new songs :), bake cookies.. make sumthing new? :) otherwise i ll jus slp. haha sum pple like to play sports to destress.. bud i guess im more of a musical person :)

    If I'm stressed out I'll usually listen to music. It's impossible for me to sleep when I'm stressed.

    For me I usually go for a walk which usually includes taking my dog for a walk! Or of course I turn on music! Either eminem (his older songs) or V*enna (90's band I think)

    I chill out by visiting Neopia and forgetting the real world for an hour or so :)

    Strange thing is this last semester one of my friends told me about that drug and I just told him I don't any of that stuff. I seriously thought it might have been dangerous!

    I talk about my problems to my friends. They're probably sick of it. I want to councelling when I was younger, I always used to bottle things up but I learned to talk to someone you trust and it really helps. :)

    Hmm can't talk to my girlfriend when Im stressed, because she usually is the thing to stress me out. But I usually play halo :D

    Well, I like to submerse myself in whatever I'm feeling. First off, I'd crank up the volume on my headphones, and blast some rage music. After I get tired, I switch to more mellow stuff. Usually that change calms me down right away. If that doesn't work, I just go hit something. I recommend your bedroom wall. Just make sure you don't have anything hanging on it.

    Exercise is one of the best way i can think of to get over it

    Also, close your eyes & take a deep breath while listening to some music helps a lot :yup:
