Here is my process: Freak out Cry Smoke Cry While Smoking Calmly finish Smoking Relax, and think about all I have to be thankful for Smoke Shower Sleep Wake up refreshed and ready for a new day. Having my son around really helps too. (of course, I dont smoke around him. EVER.) I like to just squish him a little bit, and his little shoulders are so wonderful to cry on. Actually, come to think of it, I dont get stressed when he's around. He makes it all just go away.
mmhhh depends under what kind of stress i mean argueing with someone stresses me out i normaly start crying not meaning to but i do when i get really mad other kind of stress well i shout .. something i shouldnt do but i think a lot of ppl react that way even though it is wrong so at some point i just shut up avoid the situation for it to cool down and then talk about it later as i cant get nothing else in my head anyway
I'll usually go work out, or watch a movie if I'm feeling stressed out, though on occasions I have just laid in bed listening to music until I eventually fall asleep and wake up in a few hours feeling a lot better.
find a game where i can kill things diablo 2 is my fav so far nice dungeon crawler and its free to play
When I am stressed out, I either just go to sleep (if I can) or play some video games (ie. Super Smash Bros. for the wii). its good to get the aggression out!
