There's some pretty good stress tips here I tend to be happier under stress though, so I've never had much of a problem handling high stress D:. I'm just the kind of person who thrives in a high-stress environment >.<
Same here. I take a lil bucket of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and sit on my bed eating it. Of course that is after i add oreo cookie crumbs,caramel,chocolate,nuts, and chocolate chips. Hard to believe im underweight because i get mad a lot.
I think I was BORN wired for stress (I blame my mother), my current method is an entire packet of chocolate chip shortbread, followed by a pile of trashy magazines but mostly i just snap at people

A glass of scotch and a cigarette is super relaxing, so that's what I do unless I'm somewhere I probably shouldn't be drinking. When I'm angry I tend to stomp around in circles, not going anywhere in particular.
I usually only get stressed out around night time. I live next to a marsh, so whenever I do get stressed, I just go out for a walk. The nature-y smell next is refreshing in the suburban envrronment. Helps clear my head.
I go out and take a walk. I especially like it in the evening/night. I love walking in the city, with all the lights above my head that come from the pubs on the buildings. Or I just go sit under a three, in a park or something. When they are blooming, it's so pretty. ;* Calms me down too.
