I normally cry and I go really quiet, I don't do anything at all and I don't talk to anyone. Or I go sleep, I feel better the next day.
I sleep. I used to sleep out on the roof but we've moved house. Or I go out - sometimes it helps to get away from it all
I get angry and throw anything close to me iv broken 3 mouses and 2 headsets, after that i usually take a shower or watch some tv.
Depends on how stress i am.If i not very stress i go out with friends to the arcade and shopping malls. If i very stress(which happen to me RARELY)i stay at home and stare into black space
Hot fudge covered brownies are the best comfort food. A powernap usually helps to calm me down as well.
There is an incredible new area of psychological research called "Mindfulness" which is an exciting combination of meditation, self-hypnosis and sound scientific principles, that has shown to be extremely effective at reducing stress. I'm not normally interested in such wishy-washy ideas, but this has significant evidence behind it. Also i'm keenly interested in bio-feedback as a treatment for stress. This involves using equipment to monitor the bodily signs of stress, then systematically training your body through your mind to release and relax. I also wanted to say that if there is anyone here who is stressed and really wants someone to talk to, that they should feel free to contact me. I'm a trained clinical psychologist who is just about to begin supervision and enter the field, so i should be able to answer any questions and at the very least be a sympathetic ear.
I usually just listen to music until i calm down...or turn around and punch a pillow or a closet door....there is a big crack going down my closet door from the last time my dad really pissed me off
honestly use to smoke but when im stressed now where i don't smoke I just cry it out letting my steam out on a pillow. Its girly girl I know that or write out my frustrations and rip it up.
Yeah, I agree with the post saying listening to music. Listening to soothing music and just singing is great!
I draw something or paint something , I started doing this like 3 years ago and gotten a lot better at it
