Ya, video games work too for me but it kind of depends on what I'm stressed out about, if I'm stressing about something thats going to happen I will probably play video games or do anything that will get my mind off of whats stressing me out, but if it's something I'm stressing because im mad at something that when i beat a bag or workout. It really all depends on whats stressing me out and my mood.
Usually I do following things in my stress time. - Listen favourite Classical Music - Drink Fresh fruit juice and go on walk with friends - Watch some comedy movies - Do light exercise or Yoga
I try to do mind-numbing activities e.g. watch comedy tv/movies. Or just find anything that will make me laugh and take my mind of whatever is causing me stress.
When I'm stressed out I get a very very bad headache and it causes me to be in a very bad mood especially around my parents.
This has been a good read, I find it intresting how everyone deals with stress. I exercise, when Im stressed. Nothing better then feeling tired and getting your mind of what was stressing you.
I enter a virtual magical world called World of Warcraft, and I lock its door before my problems follow me into it. Sure it only makes them worse once I come back to real life.. So not exactly the perfect solution. This because I ran out of my anti-depressants, and I often forget to take them in time anyway.. e_e
Normally go favourite Coffee bar with friends or go on cinema. Some time prefer to listen classical music and take rest. Music always make me fresh and stress-free.
