I deal with stress simply. I go and punch a punching bag until I feel better. Great exercise and stress reliever. ^_^
Yes, I think music have one of the greatest power. When I listen a beautiful song I feel myself as a only thing with the world... and it's relaxing. Or maybe I let my imagination run and dream, forgetting my problems.
Play neopets or sit in my room and just read, I keep away from other people cause I'll usually snap and Ill get myself into trouble
for the most part when i get stressed...i go for a nice long run, go swim some laps at the pool, go bowl for a bit...something physical to let out all that adrenialine
I listen to Rapcore, and sing along if i can. I dont know why it works, but i just stay stressed or anxious if i play relaxing music. *half headbangs*
ditto to that. I also listen to my music. music is my life, and it helps me get through anything. so usually what happens is, I'll put on my MP3 player, walk down to my local bar, have a smoke on the way, and have a drink and chat to my barman. works every time [The barman and I are good friends ]
When I'm stressed I get my iPod, go outside and spend a couple of hours listening to music. That's the only way to calm me down, unless someone gives me holidays, lol.
usually when I'm stressed I can't sleep, because everything that is stressing me out will be whizzing through my head
I talk to some of my friend "normally my best friend". After talking to him I feel alot better. If I dont have a friend to go to then just get out of the house and go have some fun.
