When I'm stressed out by people, I like to exercise. Sometimes it will be a light jog, other times I just run as fast as I can until I burn out. When I'm stressed out by all the riff-raff that is on my mind, I try to meditate on something. Oftentimes I just practice a little technique where I expand consciousness from my toes to the rest of my body, stopping in my head. Then I spread my field to encompass not only my body, but also a space a few feet above and around it. Then I bring energy in from below me -- from the earth.
A wise man once said, Bertrand Russell actually, only fools worry about problems which they cannot solve immediately. Taking this to heart I put everything I am stressing about into perspective and if I can't deal with it right then I stop thinking about it! OR if it's really stressful Bertrand also suggest just devoting an hour or so to just thinking about whatever is stressing you until you are BORED! because if you're bored it won't be interesting anymore therefore it can't stress you!
Stress is very common problem in every person. Every one should take care of this problem and they should avoid any medicine of this problem. You can drink green tea in the morning because it will helps you in stress. Meditation is the best idea and 10 minutes are enough to do it. Eat fresh fruits and vegetable in diet.
Run, Clean the House, Watch Television (basically anything that keeps me busy enough not to think). I pretty much deal with stress and anger in the same way.
I go online, I eat, or sleep. When I'm extremely stressed out, I mostly sleep because it helps be forget what I'm stressing about because I'm pretty much half dead when I'm sleeping.
Eat a tub of ice cream.... Jk I usually punch a wall then when my anger is all out I hug a friend or two I hate being stressed....who doesn't?
This guy knows! If I'm overly stressed or angry I turn on my Alice in Chains Unplugged album and it always calms me down.
I clean compulsively or find some other very repetitive action to do to make myself feel better. I find it is the best way to distract myself.
