Wherever i am when im stressed, i leave that room straight away, wether it was an argument with someone or something else. Usually the stress goes every so often.
Go into a quiet dim lit room and either have a strong drink or a good smoke. Then I don't talk to anyone for the rest of the night and I'm sooo relaxed.
Roll on the bed , listen to some music , play games , i also try to avoid conatct with people in case i ...kill them lol
