haha never smoked tobacco... erm.. i make an extra special cup of herbal tea with cream and sugar. i think ill have one right now, just because. :tehe:

Listen to fast pace music that you love...start singing along if you have to! If you get anoyed everyday nearley its a good idea to buy a punchbag or something..i have It works for your fitness and also calms you down not too bad
When I'm stressed or annoyed, I usually just call someone and start talking ALOT of rubbish. That or I go to the gym and do a little boxing. I don't really do anything that would make me SERIOUSLY stressed anyway, so I am usually fine
well, having no one to talk to when this i get stressed out... i just get high/drunk.. but from experience,, i recomend not doing this, best thing to do is not be alone, talk to someone even if its a stranger
Well, one big thing I do when I am stressed out is sleep. But other than that, say if I am not tired I come on Neofriends and Neopets and hang out. Sometimes I play my guitar, but that doesn't help very much. -Stresses out over mistakes-
I get on the internet and rant at complete strangers. I also play Naruto Ultimate Ninja and scream at that level I can never beat.
