Usually if I'm stressed it's cause I've been doing too much work. So to be honest, I just lie in my bed, sometimes read... that's pretty lazy, but really there is nothing more stress free than just getting to lie down after a long day! All the rest of these going to the gym or hitting pillow things would be way too much energy for me if I'm stressed with work.
I usually go in my bedroom, take all my clothes off, open a window, and close my eyes. Wait, no... that's what I do when I'm overheated... when I'm stressed out I just fall to pieces.
What I do when I'm stressed? I eat everything I want (fortunately I'm one of those people who don't get fat. ha!), or just go to bed and sleep it off . Or maybe listen to my favorite songs on my ipod or watch a good movie with my friends.
cry, if it's really bad. usually i just sleep and avoid whatever it is that's stressing me out (not a great habit).
When I'm stressed I angry too... With parents or friends... I just need time for myself to calm down... Nothing works better for me then time
i usually scream but i grew out of it i know play tennis while listening to music my anger gets out affter each hit of the ball
My friend suggested to me to smoke ciggies... unfortunately that is too dangerous for my health. So I listen take a short nap. BESTdestressor.
Curl myself up into a ball and start saying over and over "I dont exist" while shaking uncontrollably. NAH. Jokes. I dont really get stressed. Stress just focuses me like a farknn Biatch.
i avoid other people, i eat some pizza or something bad for me. i take a nap, or i just yell at the first person i can get a hold of for something meaningless and apologize later
I end up doing one of three things, depending on where i'm at. 1. Blast Music. 2. Pick up a guitar. 3. Smoke weed.
