I used to excersize whenever i got stressed. After awhile i just started smoking cigs more or trying to fall asleep. If i fall asleep stressed i will prolly handle it better after getting some rest XD
Easiest way to deal with things is goto the gym or punch a punching bag to relax. Then think things through.
I cry, grunt (lol, ignore that xD) punch pillows.. Take anger out on my little brother.. um, and yeah. I'm pretty violent.
Video Games usually help for me, but I also tend to take a nice nap, if I can fall asleep. Sleep seems to help with alot of things, although it doesn't help that I am often tired.
Coping/dealing with stress --- find out what is causing you to stress and take a break from it or get away from it, and go out and do the things you love to do. Taking a walk, etc.
When im Stressed out i Play my Acoustic or draw.....but i deffinitly avoid people..because when im stressed out it will just lead to problems -_-
Slow meditation i guess. Then would be video games, or loud techno music blasting. (all being alone, being stressed with people around only lead to conflicts -_-)
Because I'm still a teenager i don't think i can get stressed but when i'm mad i count my teeth and breath slow
Senseless killing helps tons for me too. Or going for a drive, except that isn't very practical with gases prices what they are.
