ahh! seafood's the only thing that i'm unable to consume. makes me want to puke everytime after i eat it. so yes, i havn't eaten (at least more than one bite) lobsters, prawns, crabs in my entire life ^.^
its so much better if you make it yourself, as in its much more fun. May not taste as good as the pros
hey klea thanks for the link! I have never made it myself, I have a local place that has a sushi buffet (its fairly expensive). I will definatly have to try making my own
i usually make mine from seaweed, red pepper or cucumber, sticky rice, and crab. with soy sauca and wasabi its like a dream
Ok you just made me drool! sticky rice FTW!!! I just use a teeny bit of soy sauce when dipping, though i do like a lot of wasabi. I am so going to have to go grocery shopping today so i can try to make my own now
Your Welcome. I recommend standard roll, inside out, and catepillar for beginners. Just buy Rice vinegar, rice, nori (seaweed), and a sushi rolling mat Cost: $10-$23 (depends on how much rice you get) Other: cucumbers, carrots, fish, crab, etc. Cost: depends
Mm ok, thanks for the tip. I will have to let you know how it goes! It is true however no food tastes as good until you make it hehehe. Labor of love =P
I hate these topics...I always cant choose between foods, or I just have my daily/weekly favorite food...usually just what im craving at the moment...hmm...pastries *yummy*
Oh, how many different types are there? o_o All I know is it is a yellowish colour, has onions in there...all sorts of tasty stuff! I always have that with some sweet n sour chicken, a strips of honey glazed chicken. I'm going tommorow damnit!
