Why cant i see the blackmarket 0-o BUYING 20M-30M

    I keep getting told im not allowed to see the black market, why?

    And how long have i been level 3 0-o

    you just made lv 3 and i can see the blackmarket 0_o

    When you get upgraded to a level, you can't access it for a few mintues.
