Why do you play neopets?

I play because I'm addicted to collecting things. I have a full Advent Calendar gallery from Y2 - last year, plus Eliv Thade/Hoban items worth over 5m.

It's just fun to show off I guess, sometimes. I have a very very modest amount of NPs but being able to reach a goal, if even on the internet.... well. Feels good, man. (8

 

I play because I enjoy earning and having money - real or fake. Just having it makes me feel good

 

i play cuz its just addicitng...mainly just trying to get nps

 

Basically this. All the little kid stuff really died for me after I aged past like 9. I'm 18 now, so now all I find "fun" if I can call it that is the buying/selling and building up of money. Even now, it's really just something I play in my spare time when I have nothing else to do, and I usually get bored every 1-3 months and end up not coming back for a while.

 

I like making a fat pile of neopoints and blowing it all on the slot games cause they are fun

and its a good time waster

 

I play neopets because it's fun

To be honest, I'm not really sure haha

 

It's a fun, relatively easy, but in some aspects complex, browser based game.

What more could you want?

 

I love my gallery and my gardens. Totally addicted to them.

 

To me I think it has a lot to do with seeing your account grow. Leveling your pet, make NP's. It's all good

 

Idk why I play actually... the battledome is my main focus I guess. I rs to get nps so I can train, buy sets etc...
it's just a cool environment I guess. Making your pet stronger, being rich, having cool items. It's fun! haha

 

I play for fun only,i like pets,events,bid at Trading post and resell.

 

I play because of my wife.

 

I started 8 years ago and It's been a good way to spend my time and not gamble which costs me alot of money lately. Poker is so addictive and it got me into bakarat, roulette and blackjack

 

I play neopets to cure my boredom.
