When I used to AB at the Magic Shop on my current account I was never frozen, and I did it for about seven months. This is what I did: - ONLY ABed about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, but I did it for a solid 60 minutes, turned my ABer off, did some other things around the site, then turned it back on for about a half an hour. - Delayed my buy time. This is pretty important as most people know.. buying too fast is going to get you frozen really quickly. I had mine set between 2.5 seconds and 3 seconds. My connection is DSL, so factor that in and my average buy time was around 3.2-3.4 seconds. That's human-like, and it's more than possible to get potions. - Don't really think refresh rate has much to do with it (other than getting you RS banned faster) but my settings were RF every 3.5 - 6.5 seconds. - When I got a potion I didn't try to sell it right away, back in the day on an old account of mine before I knew about delaying buy times etc I used to just throw my potions in an auction or trade right away. That got me frozen a lot, usually within one to two days of when I AB'd the potion. DON'T AB there everyday and don't do it the same time everyday. Add/take away a few minutes each time you do it. GREED will get you frozen. I guess everything I listed was pretty much common sense, perhaps some people are just luckier than others.
yeah i stupidly left it on all night......yeah i know what yur thinkin....but id never been frozen before and thought.."well it cant be that bad". lol...oh well i might try again, cuz all u need is one good potion to net u millions and i'll be good, but im not sure
